I will like to bring to your notice…….. The Novel Corona virus also known as Covid- 19 has been spreading worldwide and
WHO has declared a Global Pandemic, meaning the entire world is affected at the same time
As the bible says in Hosea 4:6a “My people are destroyed for lack of Knowledge”, we want every one of us to be aware
and follow the news for constant updates and take every necessary precaution against this Global pandemic. At the same
time, do not panic or be in fear for the bible says in John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have
peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart I have overcome the world”

Self-Screening Assessment

We encourage you to use the Alberta Health Service (AHS) self-screening tool before you attend service and we strongly advise you to stay home if you feel unwell.

What to expect from us as a Church

❖ We will be taking all necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment of worship.

❖ The safety and well being of every member is our top priority. We will do our best to make sure the church is
cleaned and sanitized on a regular base especially places or items that are frequently being used or touched like
the pulpit, microphones, POS machine, chairs, tables, technical area, etc.

❖ We will strongly advise anyone to either wash their hands or sanitized their hands before using the POS machine

❖ Our Sunday Service and Digging Deep will continue as scheduled, any changes we will let you know as we continue
to monitor the situation and adhere to the recommendation provided by Local, Provincial and Federal government

❖ Even though we are a very friendly church, and a people of Faith not giving up to fear, we ask that you refrain
from the typical handshake and hugging, simply smile big and say hello to everyone.

❖ Kindly cover your mouth and nose when coughing/sneezing. Cough/sneeze into your elbow or simply walk out and cough/sneeze outside the church

❖ Hand sanitizers will be available at the church entrance and specific locations inside the church, please sanitize your hands and any belongings you bring inside the church, these include your handbags, wallets, mobile devices etc.

❖ Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds as frequent as possible using soap and warm water

❖ If you are not feeling well (a fever, a cough, a runny nose, a sore throat, shortness of breath, etc.), kindly inform Pastor, also stay at home, rest, and recover. This includes your children or any member of your household. We will make sure our online service is active during these people and you can always follow us through our official Facebook page “RCCG AMAZING GRACE ASSEMBLY, CALGARY.”

❖ If you have a fever, a cough, a runny nose, a sore throat, shortness of breath, kindly call 811. For serious sick persons, call 911

❖ Prepare self-isolation room at your home in case a member of your family may need to go on an isolation

❖ Buy enough food items that can carry you and your family for some time

❖ Drink plenty of water especially warm water

❖ Immunocompromised persons or persons with the pre-existing condition should avoid any form of gathering

❖ Please avoid visiting and going out of your home unless it is necessary.

❖ Follow all recommendation provided by local, Provincial and Federal government
